Commoditiy is an issue but Equities will rise in 2016

http://www.researchvia.com/free-trials/
Economy of India has gone ino a new era of low commodity prices and inflation. The breakdown on corruption means crony capitalists can no longer swing deals for their advantage

The prices of commodity collapse threw markets off gear in the year 2015. Will the story be repeat in 2016? Experts at the ET Roundtable believe it can repeat again and are cautious regarding the 1st few months.

But once commodity prices stabilise, earnings could recover & fund flows may resume. Year 2016 may end with a 10-15 per-cent increase for the Sensex, while corporate earnings could grow by 13-14 per-cent.

Today, Prices of United States crude continued increasing in early trading session, headed for an 11 per-cent rise in the week leading up to Christmas, as the US market tightened on the back of falling supplies & looming exports.

The strengthening market is a result of falling stocks, decreased drilling activity, & looming exports following the lifting of a 40-year old ban of US crude exports.

Oil speculators, observers are buying options contracts that will only pay out if crude drops to as low as $15 a barrel up coming year, the latest sign investors hopes an even deeper slump in prices of energy.

Commodity Updates and Tips for 8 July 2015

Commodity Updates : Copper futures slid more than 2 per cent in the domestic market on Tuesday as investors and speculators exited positions in the industrial metal as a worsening stock market rout in China, the world’s biggest metals consumer, cast a gloom on the region’s economy, signaling lower demand for industrial commodities, while the fallout of Greece’s deepening troubles threatened to spread far and wide in other European markets, threatening to slow growth in the entire Euro area. Greece has now being given time until Sunday to come up with a concrete plan to satisfy the country’s creditors and win new bailout aid or face an exit from the single currency union. Copper futures may ink a slight rebound today as a strengthening US economic recovery with job openings surging to record high in May bolster demand outlook. At the MCX, Copper futures for August 2015 contract closed at Rs 348.25 per 1 kg, down by 2.53 per cent after opening at Rs 357.20, against the last ending price of Rs 357.30.
