NCDEX Agri Commodity Market Report & News

Turmeric futures may continue to trade bearish tracking weak sentiments prevailing at the spot markets. Pepper futures may continue to rule high taking advantage of squeeze in availability with a widening mismatch between demand and supply, paving the way for further rise in prices in the coming days. Chana futures may trade higher taking positive cues from lesser estimates of pulses production this season.

CHANA NCDEX OCT CLOSE PRICE 3678- Chana has resistance at 3695 which if breached can be seen approaching 3730.  Whereas support is at 3630-3580. Mixed to weak trade is expected today.

Guar Complex can higher for the day. 
Outlook for Chana is up for the day.
Outlook for Jeera is sideways to down for the day. 
Pepper futures to trade  higher for the day.

MCX Commodity Market Updates Today | MCX Gold Tips

Gold prices moved higher, paring earlier losses. Gold prices may trade sideways with upward bias. Silver prices moved 2.4% higher, inline with the gains in the yellow metal. MCX December Silver settled higher by 2.8% at Rs 65,568/kg. Silver prices managed a high of Rs 65,690/kg and a low of Rs 63,998/kg. MCX December Silver is trading marginally lower by 0.17% today at Rs 65,459/kg. Base metals may trade on flat note. Crude oil prices can open in negative zone tracking weak overseas cues.

Spot Gold is currently trading at $1807, it is down by $12 for the day. MCX Gold October is currently trading at Rs. 27960, it is trading down by Rs. 192 for the day. Silver spot market is currently trading at $40.33. MCX Silver Dec contract is currently trading at Rs. 64620, it is marginally down by Rs. 165 for the day. Crude oil for October delivery dropped 29 cents, to  $88.61 a barrel on the NYMEX during Asian trading hours. MCX Crude is  currently trading at Rs. 4237, it is down by Rs16 for the day. All Base Metals in MCX are trading marginally positive today.

NCDEX Agri Commodity Market Updates Today

Pepper futures may remain sideways. Black pepper un-garbled is sold at Rs 30,400 per quintal and MG-1 at Rs 31,400 a quintal. Cardamom futures may trade sideways. Turmeric futures may remain sideways taking support above 5,600 levels. Domestic oilseeds may trade with bearish sentiments. Bearish crude oil prices may keep the refined soy oil futures in a range.

Guar Seed futures have made a bounce back on Tuesday after witnessing a sharp fall in previous session. Expected pick up in exports at the lower levels is supporting the prices and traders expect medium term bullishness for the commodity rates in coming weeks.

Chana futures are trading lower extending their losses for another day on profit booking. Though, festive demands are likely to support the rates in coming week. Also reports of lower global production for pulses are likely to keep trend firm for the Indian markets.

Commodity Market Updates Today

MCX Commodity Market Updates:
Gold may trade with positive bias but caution is advised at current levels because some profit booking at current levels cannot be denied. Silver may also open on flat note and can trade in range of 59,000-60,500 in MCX. Base metals may also trade choppy on mixed sentiments. Copper edged up in early trading on Wednesday. Copper may trade in range of 390-410 in near term. Range bound movement can be seen in Crude oil counter as investors should eye the EIA weekly inventory report today. Crude oil has stiff resistance at 4,000 levels in MCX.

NCDEX Agri Commodity Market Updates:
Pepper futures may trade higher owing to tight supply on global market. Turmeric futures may remain sideways. Jeera futures may remain sideways taking support above 15,380 levels. Cardamom futures (Sept) may continue to face resistance at 830 levels owing to on-going harvesting season.

Other commodities: Chana futures may remain sideways owing to sluggishness prevailing at the spot markets. Sugar futures may remain sideways. Guar complex may remain downside due to diversion of area under production. Crude palm oil (CPO) futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives (BMD) shaved off initial gains made during the day. Soybean futures may face resistance at 2480 levels.

NCDEX Agri Commodity Market Updates | MCX Trading Tips

Zinc  and  Lead  witnessed  steady  upside  last  month  amid  good  demand  from  China  and  rise  in  cancelled warrants in LME and artificial shortage created due to banks financial deals. But beginning  of august month proved full of turbulence as the meltdown in the global financial markets took toll on the base metals pack and they also crumbled under pressure. 

Precious metals are trading higher on COMEX today.
Base metals are trading lower on International bourses today.
Crude oil is trading marginally lower on NYMEX today.

NCDEX Agri Commodity Market Updates | NCDEX Trading Tips

Turmeric futures may remain sideways. Pepper futures may fell some resistance near 30,500 levels. Jeera futures may remain sideways. Mentha oil futures may hold gains taking support above 1050 levels. Chana futures may remain sideways. Sugar futures may remain firm taking support above 2600 levels. Domestic oilseeds may remain sideways.
Pepper futures have declined on Thursday as the traders opted to book profit at higher levels, cashing profit from the recent surge in the prices. Guar seed futures are trading higher recovering from its decline in last couple of days on pickup in demand at the lower levels. Demand for Guargum picked up again at the lower levels supporting the market sentiments.

NCDEX Agri Commodity Market Updates Today

Pepper futures have plunged further on the NCDEX, as demand fell moderately at the higher levels. Weak trend in the International markets too kept the sentiments weak as traders waited for the demand to pick up this week for some recovery. Guar seed futures have extended their fall on Tuesday as the turmoil in the US markets has raised concern about the export demand getting affected for Guargum. Traders are expecting some more corrections in the short term before the exports to pick up at the lower levels.

Turmeric futures may trade with bearish sentiments. 
Pepper futures may trade sideways. 
Cardamom futures may remain volatile. 
Chana futures may remain sideways. 
Guar futures may remain downside due to selling pressure from higher levels.

NCDEX Agri Commodity Market Updates

Pepper futures may remain sideways. Jeera futures may trade with bearish bias. Cardamom futures may remain downside owing to ongoing harvesting season. Guar complex may continue to travel in bearish zone on account of profit booking from higher levels. Bearish crude oil prices may also bring the counter downside. Chana futures expected to remain sideways.

Domestic oilseeds may remain downside owing to weak global cues and heavy downfall in crude oil prices. Soybean futures trading down by nearly 1%, may add bearish sentiments to the domestic prices. CPO futures trading half a percent downside may pull down prices on the national bourse. Crude palm oil (CPO) futures prices on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives are expected to continue the bearish momentum into this week amid a gloomy global economic scenario.

MCX Commodity Market Updates

MCX Commodity Updates:-
MCX Gold prices once again went down due to the rise in dollar on Thursday, as investors chose to take some profits off the table after the bullion's sharp run up in the recent past. Crude oil prices closed slightly higher on Thursday after the crude oil prices are heading towards their weekly decline.

NCDEX Commodity Updates:-
In NCDEX Agri commodity Pepper futures have made a good bounce back on Friday after being pounded in last couple of sessions. Reports of strong export demand and tight supply in the domestic market has supported the prices today.
Guar Seed futures have declined sharply on NCDEX.

Pepper and Guar Seed Report | NCDEX Agri Commodity Tips

In NCDEX Agri Commodity Market Pepper futures are trading at higher levels. It is the time to booking some profit in Pepper futures. Due to the strong fundamentals for the commodity and increase in the export demand too is expected to rise the Pepper Prices in the coming time. 
               
                 In other Agri Commodity Guar Seed futures have made a good bounce on Tuesday after profit booking in last session. Rise in export demand from US and EU, Guar Seed prices also increase. However, traders are not ruling out some profit booking at the high levels again in short term.

Pepper and Guar Seed NCDEX Agri Commodity News

Due to the strong domestic and export demand Pepper Futures strengthened on Friday. This year world Pepper output will fall by 6,500 tones as compare to previous year by the report of International Pepper Community. The reasons of decline Pepper output due to unfavourable weather conditions and pests. That's why the price of Pepper high in domestic front. 
                     If we talk about the other Agri Commodity Guar Seed Futures have extended their gains due to the still rising in export demand and the weather conditions in Rajasthan. Other reasons of Guar Seed prices high due to rise in export demand from US and EU.

The contract of Pepper for August delivery was trading at Rs 28,740.00, up by 0.62% or Rs 176.00 from its previous closing of Rs 28,564.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 9053 lots and The contract of Pepper for September delivery was trading at Rs 29,279.00, up by 0.62% or Rs 179.00 from its previous closing of Rs 29,100.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 1905 lots on NCDEX.

The contract of Guar Seed for August delivery was trading at Rs 4425.00, up by 2.05% or Rs 86.00 from its previous closing of Rs 4336.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 195670 lots and The contract of Guar Seed for September delivery was trading at Rs 4496.00, up by 2.27% or Rs 100.00 from its previous closing of Rs 4396.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 66200 lots on NCDEX.

NCDEX Agri Commodity Market News & Trading Tips

Refined soy oil July NCDEX:-
Refined soy oil traded higher, later it closed the day at 664.70 levels. A major support is seen at 660-662 range.

Guarseed Aug NCDEX:- 
Guar seed futures are trading marginally higher as good export demand. An unexpected rise above 4720 may continue the bullishness till 4200/4280 levels later.

Pepper Aug NCDEX:-
Pepper futures are trading higher on the NCDEX supported by short covering. Pepper prices have been trading in a range of 28,850-27,900 regions. Breakout of the support is towards 27,500/27,100 levels. 

The contract of Pepper for July delivery was trading at Rs 27420.00, up by 0.81% or Rs 220.00 from its previous closing of Rs 27200.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 1678 lots.

The contract of Guar Seed for July delivery was trading at Rs 4135.00, up by 0.34% or Rs 14.00 from its previous closing of Rs 4121.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 7790 lots.

NCDEX Agri Commodity Market news for Today

Pepper futures are trading higher on improvement in domestic demand. Pepper futures may remain sideways facing resistance at 29,000 levels, owing to profit booking on every upside. Jeera futures may remain firm. Turmeric futures may remain downside due to increased arrivals and reports of higher sowing. Cardamom futures may remain sideways due to strong stock levels and anticipation of better crop in the next crop season. Guar Seed futures have surged on Monday, extending their previous gains, good export demand and low level of Monsoon activities. Chana futures may trade sideways on account of profit booking & sluggish demand prevailing at higher levels. Refined soy oil futures may remain sideways facing resistance at higher levels. Soybean futures may remain sideways as area under soybean is witnessing a rise.


The contract of Pepper for July delivery was trading at Rs 27,581.00, up by 0.29% or Rs 81.00 from its previous closing of Rs 27,500.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 3146 lots.

The contract of Pepper for August delivery was trading at Rs 28,330.00, up by 0.03% or Rs 9.00 from its previous closing of Rs 28,321.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 7640 lots on NCDEX.

The contract of Guar Seed for July delivery was trading at Rs 4098.00, up by 1.74% or Rs 80.00 from its previous closing of Rs 4028.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 19700 lots.

MCX & NCDEX Commodity Market News Today

Copper prices advanced on Tuesday after receding to lower levels in two back to back previous sessions. Crude prices continued their decline on Tuesday on fears that the ongoing euro zone debt problems may spread.
Copper for three-month delivery on the LME gained $81, to end at $9,651 a tonne.  
Brent oil for August delivery on the LME settlement fell 50 cents, or 0.4 percent, to $117.25 a barrel on the ICE.

Pepper futures trade marginally higher on Wednesday.
  • The contract of Pepper for July delivery was trading at Rs 26950.00, up by 0.19% or Rs 51.00 from its previous closing of Rs 26899.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 5584 lots.
  • The contract of Pepper for August delivery was trading at Rs 27529.00, up by 0.48% or Rs 131.00 from its previous closing of Rs 27398.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 5574.00 lots on NCDEX.
Chana futures are trading mixed.
  • The contract of Chana for July delivery was trading at Rs 2873.00, up by 0.14% or Rs 4.00 from its previous closing of Rs 2869.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 56340 lots.
  • The contract of Chana for August delivery was trading at Rs 2954.00, down by 0.03% or Rs 1.00 from its previous closing of Rs 2955.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 289490 lots on NCDEX.

Pepper futures are witnessing slight recovery after decline in last few sessions.  Pepper futures may remain sideways & trade with bearish sentiments.
Chana futures may witness some profit booking at higher levels.
Soybean futures may remain sideways taking support at 2,280 levels.

The contract for Guar Seed July delivery was trading at Rs 3752.00, down by 0.53% or Rs 20.00 from its previous closing of Rs 3772.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 182470 lots. NCDEX AGRI COMMODITY REPORT TODAY

Pepper futures may remain sideways taking support at 27,000 levels. Spot prices remained steady on limited activities in the spot at Rs 26,300 and Rs 27,300 a quintal. Turmeric futures may remain downside facing resistance at 8000 levels. Cardamom futures may trade with some bearish sentiments. Because of the favourable weather conditions prevailing. Pepper futures are trading lower due to some profit booking after some recovery in prices in last session. Guar Seed futures are suffering profit booking after showing good up move in last two weeks.

The contract for Pepper July delivery was trading at Rs 27145.00, down by 0.35% or Rs 96.00 from its previous closing of Rs 27211.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 7640 lots. The contract for Pepper August delivery was trading flat at Rs 27520.00, up by 0.60% or Rs 167.00 from its previous closing of Rs 27630.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 3927 lots on NCDEX. 

The contract for Guar Seed July delivery was trading at Rs 3790.00, down by 0.24% or Rs 9.00 from its previous closing of Rs 3801.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 183400 lots. The contract for Guar Seed August delivery was trading at Rs 3837.00, down by 0.13% or Rs 5.00 from its previous closing of Rs 3848.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 76510 lots on NCDEX.

NCDEX Agri Commodity Market Report | NCDEX Tips

Pepper futures are trading marginally higher on Friday. Guar Seed futures have continued their uptrend for yet another day as good export demand kept supporting the rates.

The contract for Pepper July delivery was trading at Rs 27205.00, up by 0.05% or Rs 14.00 from its previous closing of Rs 27191.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 7602 lots. The contract for Pepper August delivery was trading flat at Rs 27533.00, with the open interest at 3229 lots on NCDEX.

The contract for Guar Seed July delivery was trading at Rs 3643.00, up by 0.33% or Rs 12.00 from its previous closing of Rs 3631.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 193190 lots. The contract for Guar Seed August delivery was trading flat at Rs 3689.00, up by 0.38% or Rs 14.00 from its previous closing of Rs 3675.00, with the open interest at 65620 lots on NCDEX.

NCDEX Agri Commodity (Pepper, Guar Seed) news & Trading Tips

Pepper futures have succumbed to profit booking extending their fall on Thursday. Traders have been reportedly waiting for some corrections in market rates for new demand as overall trend remains firm and there are expectations that rates have corrected a lot and further down trend possibility could be limited.

The contract for Pepper July delivery was trading at Rs 29950.00, down by 1.56% or Rs 475.00 from its previous closing of Rs 30,425.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 7278 lots. The contract for Pepper August delivery was trading at Rs 30039.00, down by 1.49% or Rs 455.00 from its previous closing of Rs 30,494.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 1955 lots on NCDEX.

Guar Seed futures are suffering profit booking after prices moved higher on reports of weak Monsoon, on apprehensions that it would affect the sowing prospects adversely. Traders are also not ruling out an increase in sowing area this year after the prices surged to record levels.

The contract for Guar Seed July delivery was trading at Rs 3460.00, down by 0.32% or Rs 11.00 from its previous closing of Rs 3471.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 213640 lots. The contract for Guar Seed August delivery was trading at Rs 3509.00, down by 0.54% or Rs 19.00 from its previous closing of Rs 3528.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 44270 lots on NCDEX.

MCX NCDEX Agri Commodity (Pepper, Cardamom) news & Tips

Pepper futures have surged on Tuesday on the back of some short covering. Technical cues at strong support levels too have helped the prices. Cardamom futures increased by sharply even further on the back of strong spot market demand up against restricted arrivals right from producing belts. MCX cardamom ended the very last session much higher by 4% on the very last trading session.

The contract for Pepper July delivery was trading at Rs 29473.00, up by 1.29% or Rs 376.00 from its previous closing of Rs 29097.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 7370 lots. 
The contract for Pepper August delivery was trading at Rs 29440.00, up by 1.28% or Rs 373.00 from its previous closing of Rs 29067.00. The open interest of the contract stood at 1338 lots on NCDEX.

MCX Cardamom with regard to the July contract increased further in present-day trading session with the contract soaring by Rs 21.20 to the session raised of Rs 868.50 a kg. The contract is now trading much higher at Rs 868.50 and also the open interest added by 1.07% to 2,079 lots. Volume traded nowadays remained at 814 lots.
