Commodity MCX Report: MCX Energy index falls 1.67%

MCX Comdex, the composite index of metals, energy and agro-commodities was down by 1.27% to 3,429.45 points, MCX Metal index was down by 1.17% to 4,337.18 points and MCX Energy index was down by 1.67% to 3,183.04 points.

Bullion:
Gold April 11 contract was stable at Rs 20,837 per 10 grams, 

GoldM May 11 contract was down by 0.04% to Rs 21,015 per 10 grams, 

Gold guinea May 11 contract was down by 0.07% to Rs 16,951 per 8 grams. 

Silver May 11 contract was down 1.46% to Rs 52,202 per kg, 

SilverM April 11 contract was down 1.44% to Rs 52,213 per kg and 

SilverMIC April 11 contract was down 1.43% to Rs 52,220 per kg.

Metals:

Iron Ore April 11 contract was down by 2.54% to Rs 6,484.00 per DMT,  

nickel March 11 contract was down by 2.24% to Rs 1,159.40 per kg, 

alumini March 11 contract was down 2.58% to Rs 1,13.40 per kg, 

aluminium March 11 contract was down by 2.62% to Rs 113.35 per kg, 

copper April 11 contract was down by 2.06% to Rs 413.40 per kg, 

zinc mini March 11 contract was down by 1.59% to Rs 102.25 per kg, 

zinc April 11 contract was down by 1.66% to Rs 103.45 per kg, 

lead mini March 11 contract was down by 2.31% to Rs 109.90 per kg and 

lead April 11 contract was down by 2.39% to Rs 110.20 per kg.

Energy:

Natural gas April 11 contract was up by 0.56% to Rs 179.70 per MMBTU while 

crude oil April 11 contract was down by 1.26% to Rs 4,634.00 per barrel and.

Agri commodities:

Menthaoil March 11 contract was  up by 1.71% to Rs 1,141.60 per kg while  

cardamom March 11 contract was down 3.63% to Rs 1,067.60 per kg, 

potatotrwr April 11 contract was down by 2.69% to Rs 560.10 per 100 kgs, 

potato April 11 contract was down by 1.18% to Rs 678.30 per 100 kgs,

kapas April 11 contract was down 0.03% to Rs 1,117.10 per 20 kgs, 

sugar May 11 contract was down by 0.45% to Rs 2,865.00 per 100 kgs, 

refsoyoil April 11 contract was down by 1.40% to Rs 610.25 per 10 kgs and 

CPO April 11 contract was down by 1.58% to Rs 523.60 per 10 kgs.

Gainers/ losers:

Menthaoil March 11 contract was up by 1.71% to Rs 1,141.60 per kg while 

cardamom March 11 contract was down by 3.63% to Rs 1,067.60 per kg.
