NCDEX Live, NCDEX Agri Commodity Tips Today

Pepper April futures prices are expected to extend the down trend amid prevailing weak trend at spot front. According to trade sources, most of the traders are not buying currently due to financial year closing which is likely weighing on market sentiments. Due to huge volatility in prices most of the traders and bulk buyers are staying away from market. Turmeric prices are expected to extend the corrections on profit booking. Jeera April futures prices are expected to continue the down trend on back of prevailing bearish fundamentals across the spot market.  Cardamom futures prices are expected to trade slightly positive initially during the day.

NCDEX Live ~ NCDEX Agri Commodity Updates Today

Cardamom futures may trade with a bullish bias created by unfavourable weather conditions and declining arrivals amid good persistent demand. Turmeric futures may fall further due to heavy production and expectations that even more bags are expected to arrive. Jeera futures may shed further downside due to mounting supplies in the spot market on the back of a good crop. Pepper futures may trade sideways with a bearish bias amid continue profit booking from higher levels. Guar complex may rally further. The recent surge in horizontal drilling technology in the oil industry in the US has increased the demand for guar gum in the market significantly.

NCDEX, NCDEX Live Tips, Agri Commodity Market Updates Today

Pepper futures extended its bullish trend, hit the 4 percent maximum upper circuit and record highs. The spot price for garbled pepper traded higher at  Rs.41600 per 100kg. Jeera prices are expected to fall for short term on probable increase in daily arrivals amid estimated rise in production. Turmeric futures closed higher despite higher production estimates. Turmeric prices are expected to fall next week due to probable rise in daily arrivals and on reports of higher stocks. Cardamom futures may gain on the back of fall in daily arrivals due to end of harvest season.

Refined soy oil prices traded higher after it making a low of 711.10, closed the day at 717.35.

Cardamom futures may advance further on the back of fall in daily arrivals due to end of harvest season. Outlook for Soybean is up for the day. Guar Complex is expected to trade higher for the day. Outlook for Chana is up for the day. Outlook for Jeera is up for the day. Jeera prices are likely to fall in short term as demand for the spice from north India is expected to come down due to the Holi festival. Pepper futures to trade up for the day. Pepper futures hit new high due to lower than expected arrivals in the spot markets. Turmeric prices are expected to gain on improvement in demand due to arrival of quality crop.

NCDEX ~ Agri Commodity Market Updates, NCDEX Live Tips

Turmeric futures (April) is likely to hold support above 4,700 levels. Jeera futures may remain sideways facing resistance near 14,400 levels. Chilli futures (Apr) is likely to trade higher tracking higher quoting spot markets. Pepper futures may show some limited gains as profit booking from such high levels cannot be denied. Soybean futures may trade higher surpassing 2680 levels, supported by good export demand of oil meals & higher quoting spot prices. Chana futures may trade sideways with a weaker bias and remain below 3,800 levels tracking weakness in spot markets.
