Base Metal: Aluminium
futures were trading high during morning trade in the domestic market on
Thursday as participants build up new positions in the industrial metal amid
uptick in physical demand for aluminium at the domestic spot market.
At the MCX, aluminium
futures for December 2016 contract is trading at Rs 118.10 per kg, upward by
0.17 per cent, after opening at Rs 117.85, against a last close of Rs 117.90.
It touched the intra-day higher of Rs 118.20.
